Seat’s Arona compact crossover priced from £16,555
Seat has confirmed that its new Arona will cost from £16,555 when it arrives in UK showrooms on November 17.
The Arona joins the growing compact crossover market, next to the likes of the new Volkswagen T-Roc and Kia Stonic.
With five-seater baby SUV is based on the same MQB A0 platform as the latest Ibiza supermini, and shares much of its styling with the larger Ateca SUV.
Customers will be offered a choice of six trim levels – SE, SE Technology, FR, FR Sport, Xcellence and Xcellence Lux – as well as two limited-run specifications from launch. These are SE Technology First Edition and Xcellence First Edition.
The Arona SE is the entry-level model, and comes with standard equipment such as 17-inch alloys, a bi-colour roof, LED daytime running lights and a DAB radio to name but a few features.Seat’s Arona compact crossover priced from £16,555
SE Technology builds on this by adding Seat’s Connectivity Pack Plus, which includes an eight-inch touchscreen with satellite navigation, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Prices start at £17,330.
The FR and FR Sport models lend the Arona a more performance-orientated appearance. FR cars gain a different style of 17-inch alloy, twin tailpipes, full LED headlights and sports front seats among other features. The Arona FR Sport benefits from 18-inch alloys, dynamic chassis control and black Alcantara upholstery. The FR and FR Sport cost from £19,680 and £20,450 respectively.
